Yemi Kehinde joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Frontend Engineer on the Create team.  

Prior to joining Motive, Yemi held senior roles at AND Digital, where he led frontend delivery across multiple high-profile clients including LEGO and Robert Walters. He also contributed to the digital transformation of Marks & Spencer as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on performance, accessibility, and progressive web applications. Earlier in his career, he delivered impactful frontend solutions for global brands at 1000heads, McCann Health, Builtvisible, and TMW Unlimited.  

Yemi began his career at TMW Unlimited, where he built responsive websites and microsites for clients such as Sainsbury's and Canon.  

Yemi earned a BSc in Multimedia Technology from Birmingham City University and holds a GDPR Foundation certification. He is also a Silver Lion winner at Cannes 2016
