Will Busby joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is a Senior Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, Will focuses on rapid prototyping and building solutions for new ideas and concepts across the firm’s portfolio and innovation initiatives. He partners with product teams to turn hypotheses into working software, covering discovery sprints, architecture, and delivery. His expertise includes full stack engineering, platform architecture, and data-driven web applications.

Prior to joining Motive, Will was a Principal Engineer at Times Higher Education, leading development of the World University Rankings platform. Before that, he was a full stack engineer at Haymarket Media, where he built and maintained client applications and websites.

Will began his career at BMAS, learning full stack engineering from the ground up and delivering bespoke applications and CMS systems for clients.
