Tejal joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is an Associate on the Human Capital team.

At Motive, Tejal coordinates onboarding and recruitment as well as wider human capital-related tasks.

Prior to joining Motive, Tejal worked as a People Business Specialist at Alliance Bernstein. Tejal's career began at Triton Partners, where she worked as an HR Intern. She owned the onboarding and offboarding processes and became the first point of contact for all HR matters. She also helped organise university events in London and Frankfurt as well as recruiting for internships.

Tejal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and also holds a BSc Psychology degree from the University of Warwick.
