Steve Lin joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is a Vice President on the Finance team.

Prior to joining Motive, Steve was a Senior Manager in the Financial Markets group at PwC, where he focused on the valuation of private equity and venture capital investments. He began his career in PwC’s Assurance practice, where he performed audits for clients across private equity, venture capital, and private credit.

Steve earned both a Master of Science and a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. He is a licensed CPA and a CFA charterholder.
