Sreeram Visvanathan joined Motive Partners in 2025 as a Partner and Head of Motive Create. In his role, Sreeram is responsible for leading Motive Create, the innovation and value creation business within the Motive Partners platform. Working closely with the Chair of Motive Create and the broader leadership team, Sreeram leads and executes the growth strategy to deliver enhanced capabilities that drive value creation and results across the Motive portfolio and broader ecosystem. 

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Sreeram spent 23 years at IBM, where he most recently served as CEO for IBM UK & Ireland, where he led a successful turnaround of the business, delivering sustained growth. In his role, Sreeram led the integration of key acquisitions, client engagement, and built capability in GenAI and Cloud across sectors. Before that, Sreeram led IBM’s global Public Sector business, and managed the consulting division across the Middle East & Africa.

Bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in consulting and technology across growth and large-cap businesses, Sreeram has an extensive track record of turning around businesses, delivering long term sustained revenue and profit growth, driving digital transformation, P&L leadership across multiple industries and markets and building high-performance cultures. Sreeram has served as an Innovation Advisor, consulting firms on their digital transformation and innovation initiatives with a focus on Big Data, GenAI-led industry disruption, process simplification and organizational realignment. A mentor for the ExCo Group, LLC, Sreeram provides leadership coaching and development for high potential CEOs on their business strategy and execution, and employee and client engagement.

Sreeram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kingston University and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
