Sonia Borz joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is an Administrative Assistant based out of the New York office.

Prior to joining Motive, Sonia worked as a Sales Manager at Clever Alice where she oversaw individual and team KPIs to meet store financial targets and promote client engagement. Sonia began her career in administration and sales at MySpace NYC, a Brooklyn real estate agency, where she managed listings and coordinated closing procedures with all renting parties and property personnel.

Sonia earned a B.A. in Forensic Psychology and a Minor in English from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
