Sheena Patel joined Motive Partners in 2025 as a Senior Associate in Create Operations.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Sheena worked with a startup, MINTED LLC as the Head of Operations supporting the provision of advisory services on technology led transformation. Between 2000 and 2023, Sheena worked with IBM in various capacities, most recently as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive of IBM UK & Ireland.

Sheena enjoys solving complex problems and building a collaborative team culture focused on outcomes and impact.
