Sarina Aggarwal joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is an Associate on the Investment team based out of the London office. At Motive, Sarina is responsible for sourcing, analysing, executing, and monitoring investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy.

Prior to joining Motive, Sarina was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley, focusing primarily on financial technology and wealth management. Whilst at Morgan Stanley, she worked on a variety of M&A and financing transactions including the sale of Itiviti to Broadridge Financial Solutions and the IPO of Bridgepoint.

Sarina earned a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and graduated with First Class Honours.
