Sarah Cooper joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Associate on the Create team.

At Motive, Sarah is responsible for leading Data & AI value creation initiatives within our portfolio companies, across the investment lifecycle. Sarah also manages client accounts within Motive Create.

Prior to joining Motive, Sarah was an Analyst at PSYT, where she led data analysis and strategy development. Sarah began her career at Stifel Europe in the Investment Banking division, gaining experience in investment funds and real estate transactions.

Sarah holds a BA in International Business with Finance from the University of Strathclyde, graduating with First Class Honours.
