Ryan Divers joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Backend Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, he is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high performance, well tested systems, drawing from over 5 years of backend experience.

Prior to joining Motive, he led Backend and DevOps for a multi-cloud management startup. Ryan began his career during a year-in-industry placement at Sony’s R&D department, working on a range of projects.

Ryan holds a BEng in Electronic Engineering with Computer Systems from the University of Surrey.
