Robert Tillekeratne-Cox joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Principal in the Software Engineering team in Create.

At Motive, Robert helps portfolio companies build and manage software systems & software teams.

Prior to joining Motive, Robert was Principal Software Engineer at LabMinds Ltd, a robotic laboratory equipment company. During his tenure, he helped the company grow from an early-stage start-up to a multi-national organisation with systems installed in most major pharmaceutical companies.

Robert began his career at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Technical Analyst, working on trades processing & mutual fund administration systems.

Robert earned an MEng in Computer Science & Software Engineering from The University of Birmingham.
