Oded Cedar joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director on the Legal & Compliance team

Prior to joining Motive, Oded was the Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel for Fifth Wall Ventures. Before Fifth Wall, he was a Chief Compliance Officer for SBLA Advisors, a division of SoftBank.

Oded started his legal career at Seward and Kissel LLP and later worked as a Fund Formation Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Oded received his JD from American University, Washington College of Law, and also received a LLM in Venture Capital Finance from Duke University Law School.
