Nikita Popik joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is an Associate on the Growth & Buyout Investment team.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Nikita was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Services M&A team at Evercore. During this time, he advised on a variety of transactions involving tech-enabled financial and business services companies.

Nikita earned a B.S. in Finance from Georgia Tech, graduating summa cum laude.
