Nikita Popik joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is an Associate on the Investment Team based out of the New York office.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Nikita was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Services M&A team at Evercore. During this time, he advised on a variety of transactions involving tech-enabled financial and business services companies.

Nikita earned a B.S. in Finance from Georgia Tech, graduating summa cum laude.
