Nikhil Paul joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is an Associate on the Investment team based out of the New York City office.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Nikhil began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at LLR Partners in Philadelphia.

Nikhil earned a BS in Commerce (Finance Concentration) and Economics from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
