Nikhil Paul joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is an Associate on the Growth & Buyout Investment team.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Nikhil began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at LLR Partners in Philadelphia.

Nikhil earned a BS in Commerce (Finance Concentration) and Economics from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
