Mo joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is a Director, Technology Transformation in the Create team.

Prior to joining Motive, Mo was a Consulting Director at Mesh-AI, where he led the firm's Financial Services AI consulting practice across asset management, capital markets, and insurance. As one of the founding members of the consulting team, Mo served as the Senior Technical Advisor to enterprise clients across these sectors and was instrumental in securing and scaling several of the firm's largest client relationships, including transforming a single engagement into a multi-million-pound strategic partnership. Mo also brings deep experience in the insurance sector, having worked extensively across the Lloyd's market and with commercial insurers, helping them leverage data and AI to drive their transformation into modern, digitally enabled organisations.

Mo brings over 13 years of experience designing and deploying AI and data solutions for some of the world's leading financial institutions, with a consistent focus on value creation, helping clients unlock new revenue streams, achieve significant cost reductions, and mitigate financial risk. His work spans agentic AI systems, large language model architectures, predictive analytics, and enterprise data platforms, consistently delivering transformative commercial and operational outcomes. Earlier in his career, Mo served as Head of Data at MySense.ai, where he built the company's data platform and insights engine, and at Capco, where he established the firm's data science and machine learning capability, delivering programmes across tier-one global banking clients.

Mo holds a MEng (Hons) in Artificial Intelligence and Cybernetics from the University of Reading, where he began specialising in AI over a decade before the technology entered the mainstream.
