Michelle Minihane joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Principal on the Create team.

She brings significant experience in programme and delivery management across the financial services sector, working closely with senior leadership on initiatives spanning AI and automation, post-merger integration, data governance, and large-scale transformation programmes.

Prior to joining Motive, Michelle worked at Baringa Partners within the Capital Markets London practice focusing on Delivery execution and recovery as well as Risk and Regulation across large institutions including Credit Suisse, Citibank, Santander, and UBS. Michelle began her career in Accenture’s Capital Markets Systems Implementation practice, acting in a functional capacity to drive delivery across major technology transformation programmes.

Michelle holds a Masters degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
