Melanie Jensen joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is an Associate on the Human Capital team.

At Motive, Melanie supports employees throughout their employment journey by providing assistance with onboarding and offboarding processes, employee benefits, performance management as well as wider human-capital related tasks.

Before joining Motive, Melanie was an HR Associate at Silver Lake. In this role, she managed the onboarding and offboarding processes, global benefit plans, employee trainings, full-cycle recruitment along with a variety of other HR generalist duties.

Melanie earned a BFA from the University of Oklahoma with a minor in non-profit organizations.
