Marcus Brady joined Motive Partners in 2022 on the Graduate Scheme and is now an Associate on the Create team.

At Motive, Marcus is involved in portfolio company assessments and technology due diligences, with a focus on evaluating and enhancing data and AI capabilities across the financial technology ecosystem.

Prior to joining Motive, Marcus was an Investment Operations Associate at Moneybox, a leading UK fintech, where he gained experience in investment operations and fintech innovation.

Marcus holds a Master’s degree in Specialized Econometric Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics and graduated with First Class Honours in History & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
