Lynsey Prout joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is an Associate on the Growth & Buyout Investment team.

Prior to joining Motive, Lynsey was an Associate in Equity Research at Bank of America. Before that, she worked on the Business Operations & Strategy team at Figure Technologies, a financial technology company focused on blockchain-enabled lending and capital markets infrastructure. Lynsey began her career as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley.

Lynsey earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, graduating summa cum laude.
