Leona joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is an Associate on the Finance team.

Prior to joining Motive, Leona was an Assurance Supervisor at RSM, where she specialized in audits for clients across the financial services industry, including hedge funds, venture capital firms, and private equity firms. In this role, she managed all phases of the audit process while ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Leona began her career at Gen II Fund Services as a Fund Accountant, providing accounting and reporting services to hedge fund and private equity firm clients. Leona earned a M.S. in Taxation and B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College. Leona is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
