Laurent joined Motive in 2026 as a Consultant, Technology Transformation.

He started his career in consulting and corporate strategy (Boston Consulting Group, Vodafone Research). He then launched a series of new ventures in the areas of Social Media, Cloud Computing, Consumer Electronics and AI. He eventually returned to consulting, to support companies in their AI transformation journey.

At Motive, Laurent is part of the Technology Transformation team with a focus on growing the AI Native Development practice within software development teams. He enables smooth transitions by establishing proper tooling, training, processes and change management.

Laurent holds a MSc in Computer Engineering from University of Maryland and a MSc in Electrical Engineering from University of Liège. He is an ICF member and accredited Professional Career Coach. Other than his day-to-day duties, Laurent continues to actively contribute to open source projects. Laurent is author of multiple academic papers and patents.
