Trieste

Kristy Trieste is part of the founding team and joined Motive Partners in 2017, where she is a Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer leading the Motive Finance, Operations, Legal and Human Capital functions, and is based out of the New York office. Kristy formerly held the position of CFO and Board member for Motive Capital Corp (NYSE: MOTV.U), the special purpose acquisition corporations sponsored by Motive’s funds. Kristy brings over 20 years of financial and private equity expertise and is responsible for the financial management of the company, strategic business decisions, operational excellence, and the stewardship of the firm’s investor capital.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Kristy served as managing director of finance and operations at Corsair Capital, where she was responsible for the accounting and tax, investor reporting, valuations, and operations functions.

Prior to joining Corsair, she was an associate in the Finance and Administration Group within the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, Kristy primarily focused on the accounting, reporting and operations of the capital partners funds. Before joining Goldman Sachs, she was an assistant vice president within the Finance Division of Corporate Investments at Deutsche Bank AG, where she accounted for proprietary direct investments and private equity fund interests. She also worked at Ernst & Young LLP and left the firm as a manager.

Kristy earned a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
