John Plewa joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Vice President on the Finance team.

At Motive, John’s responsibilities include the finance, operations, and reporting for the various Motive Fund and Co-Investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Motive, John was a Vice President at Mainstream Fund Services. During his tenure at Mainstream, John led the fund accounting and administration teams in providing accounting, treasury, compliance, and other services to fund managers focusing on private equity, venture capital and other alternative investment strategies.

Prior to joining Mainstream, John served as an Accounting Supervisor at Broadscope Fund Administrators. John began his career at SS&C Fund Services, where he provided accounting services to fund managers with various structures and industry focuses.

John earned a B.S. in Accounting from Ramapo College.
