Isabella Woodward-Montes joined Motive Partners in 2025 as an Associate on the Investor Relations team based out of the New York City office.

Prior to joining Motive, Isabella was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management group, covering large institutional clients.

Isabella earned a B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Business from Cornell University.
