Helen Anstead joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Principal on the Create team.

At Motive, Helen is responsible for identifying, shaping and executing AI initiatives across the Motive portfolio.

Prior to joining Motive, Helen was a Principal consultant in the Capital Markets group at Capco where she led business and ops transformation initiatives for global financial services companies.

Helen holds an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
