Hayley Geary joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is a Vice President on the Create team.

Hayley is responsible for conducting technology due diligence for prospective investments and partners with portfolio companies to unlock value and accelerate growth.

Prior to joining Motive, Hayley was a Consultant at Bain & Company within the Private Equity Group. She was a founding member of Bain’s Tech Insights Group focused on technology due diligence and value creation for global private equities and large enterprises.  

Hayley earned an MSc degree in Behavioural Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Psychology from King’s College London.
