Haydon joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is a Principal in the Create team.

Within Create, Haydon leads and executes growth strategies to deliver enhanced capabilities that deliver value creation across the Motive portfolio and broader ecosystem. Prior to joining Motive, Haydon worked at McKinsey & Co. within the private equity practice, working with European and global funds across the investment lifecycle. This included strategic advice, due diligence, portfolio development, value creation and exit planning. Haydon specialized in supporting financial services investors and corporates, with a focus on wealth and insurance.  

Haydon holds a Master’s degree from the London Business School alongside a B.Com from the Australian National University.
