Harry Callaway joined Motive in 2024 and is an Industry Principal.

Alongside his role at Motive, Harry serves as Senior Director of Private Markets Strategy & Partnerships at InvestCloud, where he plays a leading role in shaping the strategy, product direction, and partner ecosystem of the firm’s Private Markets Network, which is designed to enable private markets to scale within managed accounts.

Prior to joining InvestCloud, Harry was part of the Strategy and Execution team within Motive Create, supporting Motive’s investment teams and portfolio companies across product, technology, and operational due diligence, as well as value creation planning and execution.

Harry began his career in financial services consulting, spending nearly a decade advising global investment banks on strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Harry earned a BSc (Hons) in International Business from Loughborough University.
