Erez Fodor joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Product Designer on the Create team.

At Motive, Erez is responsible for building best-in-class digital experiences within Motive Create, helping the firm and portfolio companies create user-friendly, intuitive products that drive growth and engagement.

Erez brings 15 years of design experience, including a decade in fintech. Prior to joining Motive, he served as Head of User Experience at Yobota, a London-based cloud-native core banking platform. From 2018 to 2022, Erez led Yobota’s UX strategy and design execution, shaping innovative solutions for financial services.  

Earlier in his career, he worked as a UI and creative designer with leading advertising agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and McCann, where he developed strong visual design and brand communication skills. Erez believes in the philosophy of lean UX, focusing on rapid, collaborative experimentation and iterative learning to solve complex design challenges and deliver elegant, impactful products.  

Erez holds a B.S. in Graphic Design from The NB Haifa School of Design.
