Ed joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Senior Office Manager within the Operations Team.

Ed leads on all UK based real estate and physical space strategy. He plays an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations and workplace initiatives.

Prior to joining Motive, Ed worked at Cerberus Capital Management, where he oversaw the visitor floor and front of house operations. Before that, he supported facilities operations across four London office locations for Millennium Management and WorldQuant, gaining extensive expertise in workplace operations and management. Ed began his career in event management, where he spent over a decade leading high-profile flagship events for global clients including Nordea Asset Management, Microsoft, Samsung, Nintendo, and Nestlé.

 Ed earned a BA in History from the University of Birmingham.
