Ed Hennah joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Principal on the Create team.

At Motive, Ed is responsible for setting and executing strategic transformation across the Motive portfolio, in addition to leading value creation monitoring for Motive Create.

Prior to joining Motive, Ed was a Principal in the Banking & Payments group at Capco, where he led large scale product and business transformation initiatives across European financial institutions.  

Ed began his career in Law, where he trained in London and Berlin as a corporate lawyer in financial services.

Ed holds an LLB bachelor’s in law from King’s College London.
