Inês Delgado joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Vice President on the Create team.

At Motive, Inês focuses primarily on delivering Product & Technology due diligence in the pre-acquisition phase across Growth, Buyout, and Ventures investments. She also drives value creation initiatives, specializing in identifying value levers before acquisition, designing integration and carve-out strategies, and supporting exit readiness. Inês works closely with C-suite leaders to drive transformation in FinTech and Financial Services.  

Prior to joining Motive, Inês was a Manager in M&A Technology at Deloitte in London, delivering Product & Tech diligence for clients in sectors including Energy, Digital Payments, and SaaS. She began her career in Corporate Finance at PwC in Lisbon.

Inês holds an International Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal.
