Daryl Rowland joined Motive Partners in 2018 and is a Principal on the Create team.

With more than 20 years of experience, Daryl is a product creator and technologist with a passion for making complex systems feel simple. He has led engineering teams and delivered large-scale, production-ready platforms across financial services and consumer technology, helping ideas move from concept to real-world impact.

Prior to joining Motive, Daryl co-founded Jigsaw XYZ, a digital innovation company later acquired by Motive Partners. Before that, he held senior engineering and product roles delivering award-winning technology solutions across a range of sectors.

Daryl began his career at Accenture, before moving on to Capco where he led the Innovation Labs team. He earned a BSc First Class Honours in Computer Science from the University of Kent in 2005.
