Daniel joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is a Vice President, Technology Transformation on the Create Team.

Prior to joining Motive, Daniel was a Senior AI Consultant and capability lead at FSP, where he supported AI strategy and use-case development initiatives within the UK Home Office, and developed agentic AI solutions for tax clients and voice-enabled AI safety agents for mine operatives. Before this, he spent over three years at DataDiligence, a boutique AI advisory, delivering data and AI due diligences and data strategies for mid-cap Private Equity clients.

Daniel began his career in data science and software development across academia, space technology, and fintech, and has supported organisations including TJ Maxx, Vodafone, UBS, and RBC. He holds an MPhys in Physics and Space Science from the University of Southampton and has lectured on Data & AI for Business Value at the BVCA.
