Stephen Connolly joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is Head of Data on the Create team.

Prior to joining Motive, Stephen was Head of Analytics at AnaCap Financial Partners, where he led data-driven value creation initiatives, supported M&A activities, and cultivated a data-first culture across portfolio companies.

Stephen began his career in banking and has over 18 years of experience spanning private debt, private equity, and financial services. He has built innovative data platforms and championed the use of data as a strategic asset to drive growth and transformation.

Stephen earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity College Dublin.
