Chris Sheehan joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Senior Platform Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, Chris is responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support robust, modern financial technology systems.

Before joining Motive, Chris was Lead Software Developer in Test at Ziglu, where he built API and frontend testing frameworks and integrated QA infrastructure into Kubernetes environments. He also held roles at Chip as Test Chapter Lead and Senior Backend QA Engineer, focusing on test automation, performance engineering, and DevOps enablement.

Earlier in his career, Chris was Principal Test Engineer at Vanquis Bank and held roles at digital agency TwentySix as Head of Test and Automation Engineer. He began his career at Optima Energy: Systems & Services, where he spent over a decade driving quality assurance initiatives for enterprise energy platforms.
