Mike Campbell joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is a Managing Director on the Create team.

Mike leads partnerships with financial institutions and fintechs, connecting them to the Motive ecosystem to co-create and scale new products and ventures.  

Prior to joining Motive, in 2016 Mike co-founded Jigsaw XYZ and Spoke Marketplace, building digital finance products and ventures with leading financial institutions across North America, Europe and the Middle East.  And was part of the founding team at Thought Machine, helping banks modernise core platforms. 

Earlier in his career, he spent 8 years at Capco and Accenture advising banking, capital markets and market-infrastructure clients. Mike began his career as a business analyst at Skillcapital, a Private Equity executive search firm and Ameriprise Financial, a US wealth and asset manager.

Mike’s expertise spans venture building, partnerships, commercial strategy and go-to-market across banking, wealth, capital markets and broader financial services.
