Annie Nebojanko is a Principal on the Create team.

She works with Motive portfolio companies and strategic partners to drive value creation and accelerate growth through financial technology innovation.

Prior to joining Motive in 2021, Annie was a Principal at Jigsaw XYZ, a fintech advisory and tech builder acquired by Motive, where she led on innovation strategy and proposition development with Motive Labs members. Before that, she was Executive Director at NatWest Group, leading the Private Banking Data & Analytics function across the UK and India, applying data science methodologies into regulated environments. Annie began her career at Coutts, where she served as Strategic Transformation Director, helping to design and build a new wealth management operating model. Annie brings cross-sector expertise in wealth, banking and data.

She holds a First-Class BSc in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Exeter and CISI certification in Private Client Investment Advice & Management.
