Amrita Thind joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Associate on the Create team.

Amrita specializes in technology diligence across the portfolio, focusing on cybersecurity assessments and monitoring. She served as a Product Manager for Luna, a Motive Create incubated product.

Before joining Motive, Amrita worked at Yobota, a scale-up SaaS fintech company that provides retail banking products to financial institutions. There, she developed expertise in client relationship management, cloud infrastructure utilization, and incident response for mission-critical systems. Her diverse previous roles have given her experience across the software development lifecycle, including leading full-stack engineering and design teams to build both proof-of-concept and production platforms.

Amrita holds a BSc in Physics with Professional Placement from the University of Bath, where her final year project focused on developing computational Python models to forecast financial trends and events.
