Ademola Aboluwarin joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Front-end Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, he helps design and build scalable digital experiences, notably contributing to Spoke Marketplace, a white-label platform used by clients. He also leads code quality efforts and mentors junior engineers through technical sessions and peer reviews.

Before Motive, Ademola held roles at Viddyoze Ltd and Betley Whitehorne Image, where he built interactive web platforms using modern JavaScript frameworks. He also contributed to products at PlutoTV and Andela, and led key freelance and contract engagements with Squlptr, SPCE, Komlie, and ThoughtCloud—delivering full-stack and mobile solutions across fintech, e-commerce, and social platforms.

Ademola began his career at Andela, where he contributed to developer tools and led training programs. He is passionate about front-end architecture, clean code, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Ademola earned a BSc in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria.
