Tim Lammens joined Motive Partners in 2018 and is a Consultant Senior Research Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, Tim architects and builds prototypes and MVPs for Motive Labs members and executes the value creation initiatives for Motive’s portfolio companies. Tim brings over 16 years’ experience in product development as a software engineer.

Prior to joining Motive, Tim developed key expertise in distributed systems requiring high availability and cloud computing at several companies including EMC Corporation, the provider of enterprise storage systems, software and networks, Escaux, the telecommunications service provider, and Right Brain Interface, the provider of a cloud-based digital recorder.

Tim holds a BSc. in Information Technology at the University Colleges Leuven-Limburg.
