Josh Nicholas joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an Associate on the Investor Relations team based out of the London office. At Motive, Josh’s responsibilities include project management of the firm’s investor relations function.

Prior to joining Motive, Josh was a member of the Capital Advisory team at Connaught. During his tenure at Connaught, Josh advised on multiple private equity fundraising processes, ranging from venture capital to buyout funds, in addition to working on GP-led secondary transactions. Josh started his career as an Investment Analyst at Hamilton Lane, primarily covering private equity fund investments across Europe and Israel.

Josh earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick.
