Jingcai Zhu (“JZ”) joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team based out of the New York office.  At Motive, Jingcai's responsibilities include leading the project management of the firm’s investor relations function.

Prior to Motive, she was a Co-Founding Partner and Head of Investor Relations at NewVest, a platform of index funds for private markets.  Previously, Jingcai was a Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, where she was responsible for investor relations, capital raising and corporate development initiatives across both private and publicly listed vehicles.

Prior to joining Riverstone, Jingcai had 10 years of investment banking and capital raising experience at Macquarie, Moelis & Company and Bear Stearns where she worked with both corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Jingcai received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
