Isabel Holding joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Vice President of Strategy and Investment on the Motive Ventures team based out of the Berlin office.

At Motive, Isabel is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Motive Ventures strategy, including aligning platform objectives, key account and stakeholder management, and managing special projects. In her role as an investment professional, Isabel is responsible for analyzing and executing investments, as they relate to technology companies that enable the financial economy.

Isabel started her career at Evercore, where she spent over 5 years working in the European Technology M&A team based in London. Isabel holds a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College in London.
