Gabby Pendry joined Motive Partners in 2023 as an Executive Assistant based in the London office. She brings over seven years of dedicated experience supporting C-suite executives with a strong focus on high-level administrative operations. At Motive, Gabby plays a key role in providing comprehensive support to the Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Motive, Gabby worked as an Executive Assistant at Calibre One, a leading transatlantic executive search boutique. There, she supported multiple Partners and contributed to project management and event planning initiatives for the firm.

Gabby was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa before immigrating to the UK in 2010. She has a broad background working in Management Consulting, Financial industries and Executive Search.

Gabby studied the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
