Mar Ciriani

Christine Mar Ciriani joined Motive Partners in 2018 and is an Industry Partner. At Motive, Christine sources and executes investment opportunities with a focus on strategy and growth for Motive portfolio companies, through her extensive experience in financial markets and international management consulting. Prior to the acquisition of InvestCloud, Christine served as chief executive officer and member of the advisory board of Finantix, where she led marketing, sales strategy and execution. While at Finantix, she leveraged extensive sector knowledge and ubiquitous connectivity to scale sales pipelines and capitalize on M&A opportunities, while leading the executive committee in setting strategic priorities including market positioning, domain expansion and geographic growth. Christine continues to serve at InvestCloud, where she leads on the execution of the global expansion value creation plan. Christine also serves on the board of directors of Barclays Private Bank Switzerland and is an F10 mentor.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Christine was a senior partner and chief executive officer of Capco, Switzerland. She established and grew the global wealth and investment management business spanning ten locations, opening four offices including onshore and offshore delivery centers while fortifying related partnerships and key accounts.

Previously, Christine was partner and head of wealth management for a boutique financial markets consulting firm, where she helped establish new offices in Amsterdam and Geneva, prior to a company acquisition by Detica (now part of BAE Systems). Christine started her career at J.P. Morgan, where she worked for both the investment and private bank. She was responsible for defining and implementing global operating models at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank.

Christine earned an M.B.A. in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
