Carmen Checo joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is an Executive Assistant based out of the New York office. Carmen brings over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives across various industries with a primary focus in the financial sector. At Motive, Carmen is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Investment Partners.

Prior to joining Motive, Carmen was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Strategy and Business Development at LexisNexis. She previously worked at The Blackstone Group as a Marketing Assistant for the Global Head of Real Estate, Investor Relations. Carmen also served in the capacity of Executive Assistant and Office Manager to the Head Partner for the North America office at Actis. She began her career at Gordian Group, where she served a dual role supporting the CEO and acting as the Assistant Marketing Manager.
