Hema Singh joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is an Executive Assistant based out of the New York office. Hema brings nearly three decades of administration experience assisting C-level executives. At Motive, Hema is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the CFO along with the Finance and Compliance teams.

Prior to joining Motive, Hema spent 25 years at Stern Value Management (formerly Stern Stewart & Co.) in various executive administrative positions, most recently as the Executive Director and Head of Administration, where she managed human resources and administrative operations for the firm. Before that she served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO for 15 years.

Hema earned a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
