Dominik joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is a Vice President on the Ventures Investment team.

Prior to joining Motive, Dominik was leading Corporate Development and Strategy at Clarity AI, a US-based tech company offering AI-powered data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities. Before Clarity AI, he was an Investment Manager at DB1 Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Deutsche Börse Group, managing various minority investments inearly-stage to growth-stage fintech companies.

Dominik began his career as an investment banking analyst at William Blair, focusing on M&A transactions across various sectors.
