Pauline joined Motive Partners in February 2025 and is an Associate, Platform Lead on the Ventures Investment team.

In her role, Pauline focuses on building and managing Motive Ventures’ ecosystem, fostering relationships with investors, portfolio founders, and industry partners, while leading initiatives to strengthen community.

Prior to joining Motive, Pauline spent over seven years in venture capital, holding roles at Plug and Play and 10x Founders. She brings a wealth of experience in network-building, platform management, and strategic communication, along with a strong passion for entrepreneurship and technology.

Pauline holds an apprenticeship in wholesale and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration.
